Product Strategy:
The growth strategy for this product revolves around empowering users to share their event experiences with their social circles. By integrating features that allow users to easily invite friends to events and share bookings, the aim is to create a viral growth loop. Expecting that each user will invite at least two more people to join them, fueling a continuous cycle of community-driven expansion. This strategy is central to the goal of increasing user engagement and establishing Venu as the go-to platform for discovering and booking events.
